1. TERMS OF SALE

1.1 By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering products from the Styled in London website.

1.2 Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland Ireland and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

1.3 In order to contract with Rumi Kids you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

2. CONTRACT

2.1 A contract between us will be formed when we send you conformation, by email, of the goods which have been dispatched to you. Only the goods listed in this email will be included in the contract formed. 

3. PRICES

3.1 All products on the Rumi Kids website are priced in Euro. Delivery charges will be added and will show clearly as the total cost.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 We accept Paypal to process the payments. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club Cards. We do not store financial information. 

5. DATA PROTECTION

5.1 Rumi Kids use of personal information supplied by you when you use this website is governed by our privacy policy.

6. LICENCE

6.1 Rumi Kids grants you non-exclusive licence to access and use the content in this website for your personal purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the content for commercial purposes.

6.2 You acknowledge that the copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to this website belongs to Styled in London. 

7. INDEMNITY

8.1 Rumi Kids may at any time and without notice, make alterations to, or remove or vary any part of the Website.
